DUC THO

Duc Tho was born in 1976 in Vinh Long province, southern Vietnam. Passionate about painting from a young age, he pursued his artistic development through independent study and painting workshops in Ho Chi Minh City. He began his professional artistic career in 2009.

His paintings focus on rural life and agricultural landscapes, particularly rice fields, harvest seasons, and the daily activities of farmers. Drawing from childhood memories and lived experiences, Duc Tho's works convey a deep emotional connection to the countryside and a sense of quiet resilience in ordinary life.

He has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Ho Chi Minh City, including charity exhibitions in collaboration with the Ho Chi Minh City Red Cross Society.
